Texas officials continue their campaign against virtually all the COVID-related mandates coming out of The White House. In their latest win yet, Attorney General Ken Paxton announced before the new year he halted a vaccine and mask mandate for students and teachers–hidden in the Head Start program.
I just halted another illegal fed vax & mask mandate. Thanks to my suit(first of its kind in the nation), Prez Brandon is barred from using the Head Start Program to force vax & masks in TX—both of which this Admin embarrassingly admitted don’t stop Covid anyway!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
In his tweet, Paxton provided additional commentary on the effectiveness of both vaccine and mask mandates, “–both of which this Admin embarrassingly admitted don’t stop Covid anyway! HAPPY NEW YEAR!”
Which, is true. Both the CDC and Dr. Fauci admit that vaccination doesn’t stop the spread of the virus, yet, they continue to pander its effectiveness and rally for mandates. The vaccinate does, in fact, provide a certain level of protection against COVID-19. But various studies suggest that natural immunity provides better protection, and children have the lowest risk-metric out of the population–Thus, the COVID alarmism and vaccine mandates coming down from the power that be are unfounded when pinned against the available evidence.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott praised the ruling. He said in a tweet, ” … Texas just beat Biden again. Another of Biden’s vaccine & mask mandates was just halted by a federal judge in Texas. The Court writes: ‘It is undisputed that an agency cannot act without Congressional authorization.” That would apply to all of Biden’s orders.”

Abbott attached a photo of the courts ruling, stating the court enjoins with Texas’ argument that the mandates violate Constitutional doctrines and The Department of Health and Human Services failed to comply with Administrative Procedure Act, among other points. “Because the Court concludes that there is a substantial livelihood that the mandates do not fit within the Head Start Act’s authorizing text, that HHS failed to follow the APA in promulgating the mandates, and that the mandates are arbitrary and capricious, the court preliminarily enjoins their enforcement in Texas.” Indeed, the mandates are “arbitrary” because COVID is virtually irrelevant to children when compared to any other virus.
